- At the end of the month business require to transfer all the GST receivables line wise to cash ledger.
- Similar accounting is required for payables to credit ledger.
- The difference has to brought into single ledger which needs to be paid through bank.
Solution
- We developed bots using Automation Anywhere enterprise.
- The bot generates the required information from SAP and sends to the central SPOC for confirmation.
- Using smart recorders recorded the process of creation of accounting entries in SAP.
- Based on the approvals BOT will create accounting entries and sends back the communication to SPOC to close the loop
